Roos is approachable, flexible, professional and dynamic. She has supported us in buying a house from abroad. She has done many viewings on her own either with a Skype call or sent us and pictures and videos with comments. She has been very organised when it came to schedule several viewings in few days. She managed to negotiate the purchase of the property at lower than the asking price and she worked in perfect partnership with the financial advisor.

She has also supported us after the purchase of the property by providing contacts for trades, keeping a set of keys to the house to give access to builders, etc.
